Welcome to The Richard Ruez Foundation. The Foundation was established to provide scholarships to Memorial High School track and field athletes as they pursue higher education. Inspired by Coach Richard Ruez's years of commitment to mentoring young people, the Foundation invests in students who demonstrate hard work, perseverance, leadership, and academic achievement.
